7. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

We ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Louisiana. Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We will ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or if no time is stated, within 30 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you and offer you the choice of a revised shipping date or a full refund.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@kanhasutra.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Our products are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warm weather, gummies may soften in transit. We recommend refrigerating your order upon arrival during summer months. If product arrives in an unusable condition, we will replace it.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of government, carrier disruption, natural disasters, or regulatory restrictions.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee is limited to one refund per household and applies to first orders only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or that does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kanhasutra.com or (866) 988-7405. We will replace the item or refund you, at your option.

Other Returns

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened product except as described above.
